I purchase this speakers to replace 4” speakers on my Geo Tracker the sound is amazing.

I replaced the blown front speakers in my 2004 Colorado with these and, given the price, I am extremely happy with them. They have excellent highs and mid range with fine detail to the sound. I hear a lot of nuances in the sound that the factory Blaupunkt (good themselves) didn't reproduce. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is the low end. It's not bad, but slightly lacking. That said, it wasn't a surprise. The low end of the specs is 70hz. So I expected it. Given the price and the excellent mid and high range, I'm happy. What I did do what add the Kicker Hideaway powered subwoofer and now the sound is incredible. Without the Kicker, is was still very good and I couldn't be happier. To get close to the sound I have you would have to double the price of the speakers and you still wouldn't get the low range I have with the Kicker. Since I replaced the front and rear speakers with the Alpines, The cost would have been about the same to get the same sound with more expensive speakers.

These speakers are installed in the front of my Juke. The sound is crisp and clear. The mid range is excellent. The highs are balanced - not lost in the bass or over the top. If you want thumping bass, get a subwoofer Yes, sound is subjective. IMO - these speakers are excellent.

I replaced my kickers components with these. Made a huge difference in my ride. Sounds so much better, especially the tweeters. Very smooth highs and mids. Easy to install.

I bought these for my 2005 Jeep that had blown speakers. The speakers came with a ring kit to enlarge the mounting points to 6 3/4. They fit well in the OEM mounting spot and I did little modifications. The tweeters were a little more troublesome getting them mounted, but was able to do so with a little foam. The Alpines delivered a nice sound with a slight punch. The tweeters sound a little light compared to the mid range speaker, but delivered a clear crisp sound. Overall, the package came with everything I needed and sounds great.

Speakers sound great and easy to install. Was able to get they price matched at $90.00. I suggest getting a protection plan if amplified. Never blown these but the protection process is very easy if speakers or tweeters were to blow.

These speakers sound great! They really are paired together well and balance each other's sound out. Just enough bass from the 6½'s complimented by the tweeter. They're loud, they're clear, they're awesome! Can't ever go wrong with Alpine.

This review is for the Alpine - 6-1/2" 2-Way Component Car Speakers with Poly-Mica Cones. I bought this pair of Alpine speakers for an audio upgrade in a 2003 Saturn ION 3 Super Coupe 4. It had the premium audio in it, but the rear speakers were 2 ohm speakers that were intended to be a substitute for subwoofers. My daughter likes to balance the fader so the sound is in the middle of the car and the original factory 2 ohm speakers had no ability to reproduce highs or mids. The rear window deck covered the original speakers so I cut out holes for the speakers and now the deck fits down around the speakers and I attached the speaker covers. Looks great, but it is a lot of work. The sound is really excellent. The one inch tweeters are really good. Not to sharp and the mids are mellow. The quality of the speakers really stood out on the display panel at Best Buy and they didn't disappoint in the car. Really nice bass production. I ran the RCA cables to the back while I had everything apart as I also installed a new radio, so I could install a self powered amplified Sub Woofer in future, but it sounds so good I'm not sure if I will. I have speakers that I installed in an audio upgrade in my car that were twice the price of these and I now think I wasted my money on them. I think these are a real value for the money.

Purchased these speakers for my sister for Xmas. Had them installed in her 2016 Elantra. Sound quality is great plenty of bass and the treble is fantastic. Highly recommended!!!

Awesome product. Replaced my pioneer speakers and the difference is huge. Combined it with the alpine power pack: killer combination!

They do the job crisp highs solid mid range. I would recommend these if you are looking for something affordable.

I had a blown speaker so needed a replacement. These fit nicely and sound very good. I do notice a difference in loudness from the rear. It actually a little less than before but I still have factory 2 ohms speakers so I believe that is the difference. For not amplifying them I e very pleased with the sound. Amplified, I'm sure they would handle whatever was thrown at them.

These speakers sound great! Not a huge amount of bass response but very clear highs!

As a low-cost option to go from a traditional 2 way door speaker to component speakers I was intrigued. The other positive reviews and additional discount on these speakers made it easy to decide to purchase them. The only issue I ran into with the installation was that the metal prongs on the woofer which are plugged into the wires from the tweeter and wires for the head unit are VERY thin. I ended up breaking one of them off in the process and ended up needing to solder the wire to the speaker. This was my own fault so I did not try to return the speaker and I say this only as a caution to others doing their own installation - be careful when you get to this part of the installation! I have had the speakers installed for a few months now and I love the difference in the sound. It feels much more like I am at a concert!
