Horrible Installation

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Speakers are not the problem, installer (shouldn’t call himself one) had a complete lack of morals and skill. Damaged the speaker with his drill, instead of telling us or replacing he decided to put the back deck back on and not say a word. Speaker sounded horrible took it to a real car audio installer took the back deck off speaker had a giant hole and a crack. Never let wannabe installers at Best Buy in Stockton work on your vehicle. If they would’ve mentioned it and said they needed to order a new pair I needed to come back I would not have had a problem the fact that they tried to cover it up and not say a word disappointing Best Buy needs to do better. This review is not a knock on the Alpine speakers solely the installation.

Amazing customer service
