Really good for beginners

TERRIBLE SOUND

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.WELL I PURCHASED THESE ALPINE SPEAKERS FOR MY TRUCK BUT FIRST I BOUGHT THE PIONEER AVH4500 $700 STEREO AND WITH THAT BEING SAID ALL I WANTED WAS SOME DESCENT SOUNDING SPEAKERS FOR MY TRUCK. I INSTALLED THESE ALPINE 6 × 9 SPEAKERS AND DOUBLE CHECKED TO MAKE SURE IT WAS ALL PERFECT AND IT WAS AS I EVEN TALKED TO THE INSTALLER OF BEST BUY. SO I TURNED THEM ON AND TO MY SUPRISE WOW THEY SOUNDED ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AND THERE WAS NO BASS AT ALL IT WAS LIKE A MUFFLED SOUNG AND EVEN THE TWEETERS JUST HAD NO PITCH SO I PUT THE STEREO ON THE EXTRA BASS AND THEY SOUNDED WORSE. SO I CHANGED THE EQ TO THE HIGHER TWEETER SOUND AND STILL NOTHING BETTER AS MY FACTORY SPEAKERS BLEW THESE ALPINES AWAY. IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN ALPINE AS I GREW UP ON ALPINE BUT THEY TOTALLY LOST MY BUSINESS SO I HAD THE OTHER SET OF ALPINE SPEAKERS FOR THE BACK DOORS AND DID NOT EVEN OPEN THE BOX BECAUSE I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED IN THEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ALPINE SPEAKERS ANYMORE. THANKS
