Well, like the title says. You can also see the full detail on my last review of the same amp. I used the high level inputs with my stock amp that only gives max 9.5 volts but from my deck volume, it has a clear signal at 33 out of 35 and at 33 my voltage is 5 volts and the amp claims to be able to take up to 10 volts. Unfortunately I wasn't able to test out the low level RCA inputs because I didn't have an RCA converter so I can't recommend this amp to anyone due to my bad experience with this amp. I now have a JL Audio HD600/4 with an Audio control LC6I to run my system right and I have had no issue with that amp. Matter of fact that amp is so much louder then my mrx-m55 bass amp so I had to upgrade that to the HD750/1 amp. If your looking for a good bass amp I would highly recommend the mrx-m55, it's a beast for such a small amp.

Well I was very excited to have received this amplifier and took about a week and 1/2 to install it. The birth sheet that came with this amp gave me 113 watts rms @ 2 ohm vs the standard 85 watts rms at 2 ohms. I was very happy with this amp until it started to cut out from the sound out of no where. The amp was properly set from the gain volume at 1kz test tone. The power would remain on with no signs of it going into protection mode. I also have a mrx-m55 that I paired with this and the mrx-m55 did not have this problem. Returning it after trouble shooting it with alpine was an honest hassle as we now have a 14 day return policy. My product did not come with the usual packing slip as it normally does making it very hard to do the return. But over all the sou d was very clean and very loud but the cutting off part was what kept me from giving this product a 5 star rating and keeping it as well. I honestly wished bestbuy would sell JL Audio amps and subs cause I would have gone with that instead. Though I do love jl audio my alpine mrx-m55 has been very reliable with my 8w7 and seems to power it very well. I just wish I could find a good quality 4 channel amp that wouldn't quit on me. Till then back to stock amp for my jl audio c5 components.

I ordered this amp and received it a very timely manner. I had the amp professionally installed but not at best buy. The very next day after turning the volume up past a certain level the amp would shut off all sound. After going through my vehicle several times checking ground, replacing the head unit (wanted a new one anyway) checking voltage drop removing the factory amp, I still had the same problem. Swapped out the amp with an old mtx and no more problems. I will return for something different and hopefully better.
