Terrible Buy!!!

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Altec Lansing - AL3000 Wired Stereo Gaming Headset for Mobile Phones, PC, PS4 and Xbox - RGB Huge disappointment, worse purchase I've ever made!!! The headset literally just cracked only after a few GENTLE & NORMAL uses within a few weeks. I was super careful & never abused the product, one day it just snapped in half when trying to put it on like a regular use. Tape won't even hold it together either sadly. Hard to get a replacement too despite it under warranty, as the AL company support isn't cooperative and doesn't care about you at all-I've tried.

It works great but after 2 weeks to use. I went to put it on my head for work and the left ear just snapped off. I had to buy a diff brand of headset.
