Instructions say that if low volume make sure the speaker is charged. Charged it all day but it's no lounder. Doenloading the app didn't help. If it was any more than &9 I'd send it back. Get a Bose! Much more expensive but will rock your kitchen.

Could be louder

Battery life is about 7 hrs on med to high volume. Will say that its not as loud as I hoped. I would purchase a JBL Clip the second time around.

The carabiner broke but didn’t need it. Rgb is a nice touch. Sound quality is meh but I didn’t want to risk a more expensive unit at the beach.
