I’ve taken this with me to the lake, pool, outdoors, your average barbecue etc. After some time, I’ve noticed the battery life depleting more and more from what I thought I’d get 50 hours of play, I now only get 3-4 hours if I’m lucky on a full charge. Unfortunately, from what would have been a great time with music had to be shortened down.

We called the company for troubleshooting and did everything they asked and still didn’t work. They wanted us to send it back and once they received it, they would send us a replacement, which would take at least 3 weeks. Luckily we were within the 14 day purchase timeline so we returned it to Best Buy without any problems.

When powered on, it only makes a static noise now. Sound was awesome for the 3 hours I used it... We didn't get it wet, it wasn't dropped. It just stopped working and I hadn't tried to use it again for long enough that it was out of warranty.
