We bought this as a gift for my parents. The biggest draw was and is that you can add pictures remotely from your phone or a computer. The setup was fairly easy. The only complaint is that the app doesn't always let you send photos. Sometimes you have to try several times before they upload. Other than that it is a great product.

So I set this frame up.. relatively straight forward per the directions... downloaded the apps in both android and ios devices...uploads to device from IOS devices failed each and every time... worked like a charm on my android device. Would only recommend for now if your on android platform. At least until the bugs are fixed.

Did researched digital frames before this purchase and this looked good in best buy. wifi was mandatory so this was the only available option there. The setup was very easy with QR codes. I really like the touch screen functionality.

Bought this for my 85 year old mom. We download pictures to it all the time via Bluetooth. It is wonderful.

Super fun- when it works. Frustrating process to set up and will intermittently freeze up and have to be reset, which is tough because bought for parents and Aunt.

Very nice that it is WiFi and I can send pictures from my cell phone.

This is a gift for my 94 year old mother. Kids and grandkids will be able to send pics/vids to her from their phones and they will appear on the frame. It's terrific. If the actual frame allowed merging of items on the internal memory with the cloud items I would have rated it 5 stars

I knew when I bought this digital picture frame I was taking a risk. I had never heard of the brand and thought how bad can it be. The box says that their is 8GB of memory built in to the frame. But when I opened it and read through the options and settings, I discovered that 3.3 GB of the memory is dedicated to the system. There are options to upload pictures to their cloud service and to use a separate SD card. The app I use for the iPhone works great for uploading pictures to their cloud service. I guess you can say that it does it's job but don't expect something that was built by NASA.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for someone else. They enjoy using it and how easy it is to use the app to load photos. Had some troubles getting it set up the first time, but after having it on a few days it became easy enough to connect new devices.

Works well except it doesn’t really shuffle the pictures. Seem to repeat same few pics

This is a great frame and when using an SD card, the pictures seem limitless. I did have to replace the first one I bought after a few months because it stopped reading the card. The programming is easy, but doesn't always work consistently. For example, setting the auto on and off option is easy, but sometimes it doesn't turn off automatically... But most of the time it does. I still recommend it to friends because I haven't found another digital frame that offers so many options. It would also be nice to have a larger display.

Works well. We've had some issues with it needing to be on in order to couple the sending device and load pics. My mom liked to turn it off at night, which was when we would typically have time to load pics. Great way to share pics with the smart phone challenged.

Good features for a picture frame but the wifi connectivity could be better

This frame is a great purchase for someone who wants an easy to use and maintain digital frame. Plug it in, setup your wifi and install an app on your phone. That's it, then you can upload pics from your phone with the easy to use app.

Got this for my mom for Mother's Day and she likes it. She's able to post pics from her phone via wifi, sometimes they load weird (blurry like they didn't finish uploading properly), but we found that deleting and re-uploading generally works.

Works well displaying pictures. Item is advertised to be able to receive pictures from an iPhone but I yet to get that function working. I’m sur3 I’m doing something wrong but the instructions are not very clear.

Very expensive. The touchscreen is a plus. If you have the money to spend it’s worth it because of WiFi and music player. It’s also very light and easy to use. It can connect to social media site like Facebook and Instagram

Bought this for my wife and it was a big hit! She found it easy to setup and the display is beautiful. We now sit and just watch the pictures change. Great product!

WiFi makes it easy to load your pictures. Really easy to set up and use. Screen is the perfect size to display your photos. Great value for the price.
