The frame doesn't come with instructions. You have to search online. Use is not intuitive but the picture is very nice.

It was a gift I bought for my mother. She has stated that she loves it at this time. It was large and bright enough for her to see it. We do like the ability to send her pictures that automatically load onto the frame.

Holds hundreds of pictures - love looking over and see them all. Easy to use - jams up a bit when you try to add 100 at a time -lol - but honestly its a great frame.

Display is good, however, the settings do not seem to hold like the setting for the frame to turn off and on only seem to work once. Frame stays on 24 hours after that. Have to unplug and the reprogram again.

It takes a little bit to figure out how to get pictures onto the frame if not tech savvy but once it is figured out, it displays good quality pictures.

Took a bit to get setup software wise. Be wary if you connect with Facebook, it will download ALL of the pictures from your profile. There is no other Facebook option. Used Photopartner option.

We like the frame alot, it's really high quality but the proprietary software is supposed to bring photos in over WiFi and it doesn't work currently. We're using the SD card route.

Bought this as a Xmas gift for my dad. He was in tears when he saw it after uploading a few photos. Pretty decent quality and cool that you can add music. A really good gift!

I purchased the photo frame for my daughter-in-law's mom. She is not able to make some of the grandchildren events and can be surprised by a new photo uploaded!

Works well except sometimes the app to upload pictures fails to upload sometimes. Otherwise, GREAT for sharing pictures with parents instead of having to use Facebook etc...

Got this bad boy for a wedding gift, they love it. Hang it on the wall or set it on the table and it goes through thousands of photos you upload to it.

I wanted something to send my technology adverse 84 year old mother with photos and videos preset. I tried every single method for uploading the pics and videos to no avail. At one point, my Facebook pics showed up on the screen, but I could not pick and choose which ones. I could not figure out videos at all, which had an entirely different upload method. I finally went to Best Buy for help. They were very helpful and we got all my pics uploaded and they showed me how to do the videos. At first I still couldn't get the videos, but I went back into Best Buy and they showed me how. I checked before I sent the package to my mom, and it all worked. She loves her present, got it and is able to operate it and see all the pictures. The videos disappeared. Don't know where they went. But she loves the pics and the way they slideshow for her. Compared to other frames I've seen, this looks a lot nicer and the touch screen makes it simple for my mother, but I don't understand why they can't make uploading as easy as it would be for Facebook or email. Very complicated.

I read some of the reviews and decided with this frame. I wasn't really sure how they worked but wanted to give to my husband to display photos on our coffee table.

This product was a big hit as a Birthday gift. It's been used at home and at the office and they love it and have received many complements from co-workers.

It is a little quirky, but does pretty much what is claims. For the price and WIFI enabled... good product. You could pay more...but why.

Easy to set up and easy to connect to phone or camera. Works well excellent picture display.

Hooks to wi-fi so I can upload a picture from wherever I may be! Very clear picture!
