hard to use features

Pictures look great...but, there are few instructions so all I have been able to do is load a bunch of pictures from my computer to the frame. I have not been able to figure out how to set up separate slide shows or add music. Aluratek's customer support is non-existent (they do not respond to emails) and a more detailed users manual is not available on their website. Very frustrating.

Poor quality

Bought as a gift for out of state family member. App is terrible, photo quality on frame is blurry. Would not recommend. Will be returning.

DIdn't look at the packaging closely until I got home, when I went to open, it had clearly been opened before. The picture frame did not work from the time it was initially plugged in. I will be returning tomorrow.
