I have a car stereo without Bluetooth, and sans an aux input. So, in order to use the massive playlist on my phone, I needed an alternative (usually a bulky external speaker sitting in the passenger seat). I received an e-mail from Best Buy which featured these Aluratek DYNAMITE speakers. Frankly, I didn't expect much, and knew I could return them. When I picked them up at the store (available on-line only), the customer service rep was as curious as I was about how they would perform. I brought them home, charged them fully, and took them for a ride. Now, if you are expecting DTS/Dolby-quality sound, you won't get it from these speakers--they are only the size of two, stacked plastic soda bottle caps. What you do get from these diminutive monsters will shock you. These little puppies put out some SOUND! They are loud enough that even at highway speeds (with windows up, of course) I have to dial back the audio level. They are not supposed to have stereo separation, but if your phone does that for you, I think these speakers will accommodate stereo. I grabbed a piece of metal to slide under my hands-free device, to allow the speakers to hang from my visor (see pics) via the magnetic bottom. This is not ideal, since the magnetism isn't all that strong, but gets me by. Due to the petite dimensions of these speakers, you give up some convenience: there is no volume control--you have to use your phone volume, and you must power them on, one at a time, by pushing the bottom of the speaker--so using Velcro to fasten them to a surface is out. Additionally, Bluetooth connection isn't always very fast, say, ten to fifteen seconds, and there is no aux line in available. My only other concern is battery life, which could be greatly reduced by turning the speakers on and off frequently, and by higher volume settings used on your phone. That said, these tiny Aluratek DYNAMITE speakers ARE dynamite. The won't fill a room with window-shattering sound, but in close quarters, they are plenty loud (louder than my counter-top speaker, and just as loud as my Jammy Pack) for a small bedroom, or to use in a car for those of us without an aux in or Bluetooth on our stereo. If I can, I will update regarding batter life. Kudos to Aluratek for delivering what they promise.

As JJ used to say “Dynamite” ! These small speakers will blow you away. I didn’t expect much but the sound was awesome for the size of the speaker (and there are two). Get these you won’t be disappointed.

Great for anywhere and because of having a magnet, Put on the Frig, golf cart, take on travels, etc

Ok for travel in car. Will have to use a little more to get a better feel.

These were a Best Buy Deal of the Day and I love them. They sound incredible considering how small they are. And they're magnetic which is very handy ~ stick to the fridge, stove, lid of a peanut butter jar... They'll be great for traveling. I also like that it shows in the Bluetooth screen on my phone how much battery is left. The little 'wristies' that come with them are the only downside ~ impossible to thread into the micro-holes provided. But they're not really needed. In conclusion, I can definitely recommend these!

These speakers are used in our office. Great sound, easy to move around the room for even listening. I love the magnet on it so I don’t have to worry about it falling. Fast and long time charge. Bought these on deal of the day for 20 and will keep watching for sale again to buy more!!!

These speakers are really small, which I actually really like. Each one is about the size of a golf ball. I can throw them in my purse easily. They don’t weigh very much and require no cord to attach them to one another. The sound is pretty good for their size. They are louder than my phone or laptop speaker. I like that they are magnetic to attach to each other or another magnetic surface. My one complaint is that they don’t seem to have great battery life. They shut off sometimes when it seems like there should be plenty of battery left. I think for the price they were a good buy and would make a good gift.

Purchased this item through “Deal of the Day.” I was amazed at the sound quality despite the small size. The magnetic feature is a plus. The sound is loud even at low volume on the iPhone. Wife and I use them in garage when working out. I will probably purchase more for family members as gifts. I am very happy with this purchase.

I was impressed with the volume of these very small speakers. No Volume adjustments on the speakers but just use the volume adjustment on your bluetooth device. Kinda lacking in bass but putting them on a wood table enhances bass. I have not used them long enough to find out about length of battery usage. Easy to pair them to each other. Small size works perfect for a crowed kitchen.

Amazing sound from these little guys. Very easy to set up. It would be good if they included a USB Y cable so you can charge both at the same time. The way it is now you either have to charge one at a time or use two chargers. Great for traveling where suitcase space is at a premium and to liven up a hotel room. Or bring pool side! They look and feel like the case is machined alumimun. Nice solid quality feel.

These are decent speakers with pretty loud volume. The sound quality is good, and room-filling. I would give them 4 to 4 1/2 just because of the volume in such a tiny size. Pairing was a bit of a challenge. Read the instructions carefully before pairing. God bless:-)

Was amazed by the sound these 2 spreaders produce. Very clear and clean sound. Small like golf balls so easy to take anywhere. Magnetic so you can stick them on your fridge or any metal surface. Great buy,,, Highly recommend.

These speakers were exactly what I needed for travel. Small, easy to use, and acceptable fidelity. Also a good price .

These are the truth great sound quality gets loud quick charge and long battery life

Really nice sound considering their size and I really like that they are magnetized. I do not like that they aren't water proof or even water resistant. Also, the speakers do not have a volume control ... which is bizarre and cheap. I would purchase again at the sale but definitely not at full price.

Love the size! We take them on vacation, down to the pool and the beach. They don't take up much space and the sound is very good. They fit on the outside of your backpack so you can listen to tunes while walking.

I absolutely love these. I use them every day. Easy to charge easy to pair. Great Sound. My son was surprised at the quality of the sound coming out of these teeny little speakers. Absolutely love them.

I love the fact that these are two paired speakers operating via Bluetooth! I like the fact that I can place one speaker on one side of the room and the other speaker on the other side of the room and they sound great.

This set comes with two, but one is plenty loud. They are magnetic so they can be put up almost anywhere. Great little speakers...especially for the price. Would buy them again.
