Nice headset! Very comfortable and convenient unlike others out there!

This is a great headset. It is very comfortable and pairs well. My previous headset was more expensive but this overall is a better headset. I was leery about the brand as I have as I am unfamiliar with it but bought it anyway because the price and it was a Best Buy store product. I would recommend it to a friend.

I bought these for my office acquisitions team and they are great value for the price and what they can do. the best feature is the noise cancellation microphone because we have loud music on all the time.

I used this headset on two different computers. On one it was fine, on the other one - which had a bluetooth mouse as well - it was very unreliable. I think it was probably a computer issue rather than one with the headset itself, but I woudn't use a bluetooth headset again when the computer was using the bluetooth for anything else as well.

This headset is good for online meetings like Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.

It's pretty good but I don't understand why the only bluetooth headsets available when I purchased this one had ONE ear...I just went back to BB earlier this week and all the new bluetooth headsets have two-ear output (stereo). I would've most definitely got the stereo sets for my employees considering I only want them using the headsets when they are on a phone call. Also, the sound quality isn't the best. I frequently will have to ask someone to repeat what they say. Mic quality could be better as well - people have told me I sound muffled or that I'm 'breaking up'/poor connection. This headset is OKAY, but could be better tbh.

I got these for my job and they work great. They're very clear

for the price a good value. So many people have different expectations of earphone devices. This certainly is not high end but provides decent quality for the price and for the more casual user works well. some may prefer a dual earphone heads.

Overall its a good head set. I didn't need the mic, but maybe sometime in the future it may come in handy...so no info on it. The non ear cup side is a little awkward, a little on the soft (weak) pressure side. There are times I get where it comes in and out on reception....but haven't confirmed if its the head set or my Bluetooth connection.

Clear sound! Barely can heard other people talking! Fun to have!
