Just like with the previous Chipmunks movies, this one was a treat and full of fun. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of acknowledgement of the actors in the movie. No sign of them on the cover by photo or by name. I was hesitant to purchase as I thought perhaps they had changed the entire format of the movie to be only CG. I was happy to see Dave Seville (Jason Lee) as Dave needs to always be with the Chipmunks. Hope these movies continue with more stories of their adventures as they are so charming and funny to say the least.

I remember the first Alvin and the Chipmunks record. I am older then dirt. This is the fourth installment of the Alvin and the Chipmunks movie. And I hope there will be a fifth. They are cute, funny, and you would almost swear they were real, the way Computer Graphics marries them with live action. It's fun for the whole family, and lots of laughs. If you have not seen the first three, I think you will want to after viewing this one. Oh and the disk has extras, showing how the movie was made.

I have always been a fan of the Chipmunk movies since the first one. The last 3 were quite funny and heartwarming w/ good special effects combining the CG chipmunks and chipettes w/ live action actors and good voice acting for the critters. The latest one is no exception, w/ a new quirky antagonist that the chipmunks have to overcome on the roadchip, to help Dave and other friends. Fun, innocent, and heartwarming, perfect movies for kids or the inner child of adults.

This is entertaining for the kids, so for that I give it four stars. The writers are getting tired of writing about singing chipmunks. They made a mistake not featuring the chipettes in this one, I think they added to past storylines. On the upside; the movie was fast-paced and engaging with the chipmunks getting into trouble and finding ways out of said trouble. All in all a fun movie for the little ones - after all, that's who we bought it for, right?

This is the 3rd Chipmunks movie I have purchased for my collection and wasn't disappointed. I give it 4 stars because it wasn't the greatest movie of the year or even the series, but it has great laughs and a pretty fun adventure. I would recommend it for anyone who enjoys the Chipmunks and remember the old cartoons. The flick is worth a look.

If you're a fan of the chipmunks then you definitely will love Road Chip. The latest install of the boys getting into all kind of mischief once again proves why this movie continues to be franchised. It is a great film for the kids and wonderful film for the family. I recommend this movie to every family who enjoys a good laugh together.

This movie is great for chipmunk fans old and new. I've seen all the movies and while I think 2 and 3 were ok, this one was way better. I really enjoyed this movie and if you're thinking about skipping it because you didn't like the others I would take a second look. This movie Is worth it!

We went to bestbuy to pick out a family movie and found an Alvin and the chipmunks that we haven't seen. It is a great movie for children and is animated for the chipmunks but placed in the real world. Its a great movie to pick up even if you haven't watched any of there movies before.

My whole family enjoyed this movie. We had seen previews for the movie but with 5 kids and me and my wife, affording trips to the movies can be tough. We usually wait for the blue rays to come out. Best Buy had a great price on the movie. The staff was also friendly at my local store.

My kids saw this movie on Demand and then when it disappeared from the free menu, they wanted it on DVD since they already have the other Chipmunks movies. They love this one the most and constantly laugh at it over and over. Keeps them happy and us entertained.

I didn't have high expectations for the fourth movie but I was pleasantly surprised, the story is actually pretty good and Tony Hale is a nice change as the movie's "bad guy". I enjoy David Cross but I was fine without a new rehashing of his character, Ian, in this film.

Adorable. It's a continuing story of their family and as usual dealing with their own crazy lives. But now its also on the possibility of an expansion to that family. It's warm, funny and something the whole family can watch. A real quality movie for everyone.

We had an issue with the DVD and went back to Best Buy and the Store clerk was more than happy to exchange it. This is my main reason for shopping at Best Buy, great service and selection. Love the McKinley Mall Best Buy Store and awesome Employees that help you.

I didn't think this movie would be as good as the first two but I was wrong. I was laughing the entire time. My children love the chipmunk movies and I have them all. It's a good movie for the family and when you want a good laugh. It's worth buying!

This is another great Alvin and the chipmunks movie my son loves it as he does the 3 other ones on this adventure alvin the chipmunks and a new person that gets introduced in this one go to stop a wedding and run into fun and exciting things on their way.

My daughter wanted this movie after seeing it a summer camp last year. As always, I looked for a deal on this movie, and Best Buy offered it on their "Deals of the Day". Great price for this bluray version. Family enjoyed watching it at home.

I am of the age where I use to watch these cartoons as a kid, and I like them along with all my other Saturday morning cartoons. The live action movies are decent, and I think the music is spot on with the original cartoon. Fun for the whole family.

Number 4 in the continuing adventures of our 3 best know chipmunks. Drawing on experiences learned in the first 3 films, the trio of Alvin, Simon and Theodore are at it again. Story can be thin in spots, but it is still amusing family fun.

I took my family to see this movie in the theater and my kids loved it! I liked it too found myself laughing and not falling off to sleep. Great purchase and the kids watch it all the time. Definitely get the copy that has a Blu-ray disc and DVD.

The fourth movie's the charm for this Blu-Ray DVD set about the adventures of Alvin, Theodore and Simon and their potential new step brother and their adventures on a cross country trip. Lots of fun music and a very catchy original song.
