Upon removal from package, a dent was found on the right hand of the top of the cabinet After speaking with my store rep., I decided to forego the hassle of replacement , and repair the dented area, minimizing the area. Installed & the unit functions beautifully. My wife is pleased, so all is well.

Best microwave that I have ever owned, compared to Kitchenaid and GE

My new over the range microwave oven is great; I use the vent more because the fan is quieter than my old one and has the auto sensor feature that I found by accident. So fat it has cooked everything just right when using the reheat, defrost, and cooking features. This is the first microwave that heats bread products without making them like rubber on leaving them cold in spots. The large interior is also a plus for me, I don't have to worry if something will fit and is brightly lite. The larger size makes it easier to reach inside to clean spills and splashes.

Rented an apartment that had no microwave at all. This was priced right and the landlord allowed me to install it as long as I leave it there. It has all the features I need and has worked great since I installed it.

It is run of the mill so decent value and still working after one year!

Replaced my old GE "over-the-range" microwave with this Amana OTR microwave because the price was very good and the color and size met my requirements. Installation was not difficult however the product was damaged during shipping. The metal frame was bent on the back right edge. I decided top bang it out with a hammer and 2x4 instead of going through lengthy return process. It so far has been a good replacement. My only gripe is that it has a "add 1 minute" button instead of 30 seconds. I prefer the standard 30 second increment.

Did not want to raise cupboards to have installed so microwave is too low, about 12 inches above stove. Good heating product.
