Frequently get wet hands and floor when trying to get only ice. Due to supply issues and the size limitations of my kitchen I had limited choices. Had I known about the ice and water issues I would have paid a little more for a nicer model.

Very poor workmanship. When you pull drawer on bottom out the whole glass shelf moves with it. No meat drawer. A very big disappointment have to replace already.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life with a company (both Best Buy AND amana/whirlpool) when Best Buy delivered out appliances (we got multiple) they did horrible, and that has since been solved (they credited me 380 dollars, best they could do I guess) recently (we just got this delivered last month) our refrigerator and freezer are now room temp, it no longer works?!? After waiting on hold on and off all day I get told by the amana rep that I have to wait until October 7th or potentially earlier to have our BRAND NEW refrigerator repaired. Don’t buy this product, save yourself the hassle.
