We Purchased the refrigerator on July 11, 2022; the ice maker has already broken. I cannot get Amana to return phone calls. We called an independent repair person who told us the entire ice maker was out and that there was an eight-month backup on the part. I find this to be inexcusable that a brand new product is already not usable.

Sofar its a good refrigerator, we cant get the ice maker to work however.

Very happy with our new refrigerator! The delivery crew were courteous and explained the operating instructions perfectly. We are really happy with our purchase.

The door swing all the way when you open it. Water line did not install by the technician. It’s hard to clean the stainless steel exterior. And hard to get the owner’s manual for this.

Love the fridge but I think they forgot to replace the rest of the tube for my waterline. Water comes out EXTREMELY slow. Not even worth using the water from the fridge in my opinion.

Very displeased. Had this refrigerator for about 10 days. The refrigerator side will not maintain anywhere close to 37 degrees. Seems to be running constantly and not maintaining my desired temperature. The controls have no effect on the temperature. Running it on the coldest setting for the freezer and all snowflakes lit for the refrigerator. I will be contacting both Best Buy and Amana. This is unacceptable.

Bought this open box! Love it! Does the job and then some. We are a family of 3 and it s fits everything fine and is easy to clean

I am enjoying this refrigerator. I like the "counter-depth" size without the counter-depth price. Good value for the price.

Researched and eventually purchased refrigerator as a replacement for a smaller unit. Although the unit is smaller, it has ample space and shelving for individual users or small families - Great value!

Refrigerator is great, i love the amount of space. So day to adjust the shelves

had to take a smaller refriugator because the larger one at the same price that would of fit better was not available and I needed one for my tenant in a faster timeframe.

Cheaply made, but we are between a rock and a hard place because we needed a regrigerator that fit our space and we got a choice of two brands.

i had to get an exchange on a refrigerator and the sales person Gaby was excellent. She got it all done fast and delivery was on time .

The first refrigerator that was delivered had a missing wheel. Thankfully the delivery drivers warned us and suggested that we not take that one and wait for another unit. The next one that was delivered seemed okay at first but after waiting several days it is still not producing ice. We have a service appointment scheduled. We have to wait over a month for this appointment. The rest of the refrigerator is very nice. It seems to keep the appropriate temps in the refrigerator and the freezer.

Fingerprints are always hard to remove from this fridge. Fridge also makes a rattling noise. When u open the door it swings all the way back as if it’s going to break off. I don’t recommend this fridge idk why bestbuy even sells it.

Fantastic refrigerator, exactly as described and appears to be of very good quality. Replacing a 15-year-old Amana, I hope this one lasts as long.....

I returned it. The shelves aren't adjustable. The shelves come loose when you pull the drawers open. I should have looked more carefully before buying online.

I love my refrigerator. It’s the smaller version because of my space but I can definitely get another one if needed.

it is the fridge I wanted an I am extremely happy to have. Water and ice work perfectly and the storage space is more then adequate

Unable to complete review at this time. Need a plumber and electrian to do an upgrade before both stove and refrigerator can be installed. Delivery was made but not hooked up yet.
