Love this Refrigerator. It can be a little loud when making ice. Its a nice size but for the price its great

Was looking for a fridge within a specific width and found this Amana side by side refrigerator. Delivery by BB was good and the fridge seems to be efficient and decent space for its capacity.

Since we were very limited on space for refrigerator, decided to purchase this one and very happy we did. Delivery was 2 days after placing order, and we have had this for approximately 10 days. The refrigerator is nice and quiet, LED lights and clear drawers/shelves make it very easy to see items inside. Ice/water dispenser design is great...can fill a large (24 oz) tumbler with no problems. Only con is the small freezer. Overall, very satisfied.

Nice side by side. Small freezer . Ample fridge. Missing a wheel when unboxed , but otherwise good.

Love our refrigerator especially the ice maker. Only problem no one helped us install or connect ice maker we had to pay for a plumber to come and we were also told we had to change our copper line to plastic which we did, yet another cost. When you deliver a refrigerator install for consumers .

Got tbis fridge to replace another one that I purchased that was too big. It wasnt my inital choice, but its turned out to be a great side by side refridgerator. The water filter lasts awhile too. The replace filter light just went on, so it lasted about 6 months. Its got great space and the shelves are built pretty sturdy. Delivery was a breeze and returning the other fridge was just as easy.

I have not had any issues that other people are complaining about use the thermometer, refrigerator and freezer. Both work perfectly had to turn the refrigerator down because it some of the stuff was freezing no dripping water. I just love it.

I am not sure which is worse, the refrigerator or the manufacturer repair service provider for Amana in the Phoenix area. This units fridge side temps have ranged from 31 degrees to 52 degrees. The average temperature has been 48F degrees. The freezer side temps have ranged from -1 to 35F degrees. It frequently goes above 32F allowing ice cubes to melt and run out of the freezer side and food unthaws. We have been trying to get this unit repaired since June. The service company canceled and rescheduled the first call. The return trip to go back and repair (Trip #2) was also canceled and rescheduled. And although we called to ensure the tech would have the parts for the second trip, Guinco arrived for their rescheduled appointment without the part. They did come back the following day and installed the parts. Unfortunately that did not solve the wide swings in temperatures. The same issues persist and I have thrown on large volumes of spoiled food - some even well within expiration date and factory sealed are molding in this refrigerator. I have repeatedly contacted Amana's CEO and Nicole at their executive desk has taken a "wait and see" approach to resolve our issue. Given the quality of their product and service, I want my money refunded and I do not want to try another one of these. I believe this is just one lemon out of many Amana lemons. Buyer beware on this horrible unit!!

This fridge is affordable, cleaning is super easy ice maker and water runs great. I had a French style whirlpool this Fridge is better, gets colder faster, the stainless steal look still looks good 3 years later while whirlpool started rust, I would highly recommend this fridge by the way down size changing the light bulbs was challenging but I would still buy it again

What an absolute nightmare. I would not buy appliances from Best Buy. I have had my brand new refrigerator for less than a year and it has broken down twice. Not only will Best Buy not repair it themselves, but no one will listen and help with an exchange and/or return. I have to pay a 3rd party repair guy to keep fixing it. The refrigerator is obviously defective and Best Buy wants nothing to do with it. I will never buy anything from them again.

This was the only fridge that fit in our kitchen pre-renovation. It’s a good every day fridge with an ice maker and filtered water. Feels like good quality and looks good too.

The refrigerator is working really well. Caught a great sale on it and purchased it for the office. It serves its purpose and not too expensive.

I am satisfied with my purchase of Stainless steel Refrigerator. It works fine so far. The water dispenser is annoying. The water flows very slow.

Great value for the money. For the size, it is very well designed and you can fit more than you can in other refrigerators of the same size.

I'm really liking this fridge. It is small, but it is the size that fit in my kitchen, I would say it's best for 2 people max. I like that the water tastes good and that it comes out fast.
