It was very straight forward and simple to install. We purchased the connector kit separately. It makes some sound while running but its not loud or bothersome. Most importantly the dishes come out clean! One day I did notice a faint mildew smell. I ran the washer not long after that and the smell was gone.

It cleans dishes extremely well, even when they have stuck-on food, and everything comes out spotless and dry. It runs quietly, which is a huge plus.

Less than satisfactory
