I have had this for about a year and a half and so far no problems. It is a little noisy but that's not a deal breaker. I bought it on sale for $300.

Outstanding product! Our washer we had previously gave out and the replacement parts were just too costly to even bother with in keeping this old junker. I Purchase everything from Best Buy and luckily during this time when our old washer gave out BB was having a big sale on appliances and was able to get an awesome deal on this washer/dryer set. Absolutely love this product gets the job done!

Great washer for a very reasonable price. Set up was simple & it's easy to operate. No problems.

It was interesting to listen to when I first started using it. You definitely want to close the door to the wash room while it is in use. It's not loud, just a low whiny noise.I was in a crunch and needed a washer, so it serves its purpose. I was surprised to find that there is no dispenser for detergent. It gets added to the water immediately. There is a receptacle for softener in the middle of the tub.The one for bleach is easily visible on the left side. There is one button that begins the cycle and pauses it. The top locks while in use.

The washing machine was great and the price was just right for a student because i am a student and my family need a new washing machine and i was able to buy the washing machine and have money left over. i wish i get the machine that you could put the fabric softer because once you start the machine you can not open the machine until it stop washing.

No frills but gets the clothes clean. Economically priced!

Bought this machine to replace one that had a noisy spin cycle, then if finally wouldn't spin at all. I wasn't looking for bells and whistles, just a machine to wash my laundry. This one fit the bill. Its quiet and does the job. Great value.

Excellent product, just as described, easily installed. We had a Kenmoore washer and dryer for over 10 years and have always bought appliances from Sears but Best Buy has such great customer service and financing for 0% we had to try. After reading reviews the highest rating was on the cheapest dryer. We are definately glad we purchased because it does not waste on bells and whistles and works perfectly.

I wasn't looking for the fancy washer. My dryer broke and we need to buy the dryer, and we decided to get the matching washer because our washer and dryer was so old. We couldn't be more happy. This is a great washer for the price. The only problem is it takes some time to have the water filled up to the top. I usually just leave for 10 Minutes and come back after the water filled and put the clothes into the washer. I had it less than a month so we'll see. So far I'm happy.

i would definitely recommend this washer. several cycles to choose from, quiet operation. clothes come out very clean.

It is a good washer that does the job. I wish it had a soak cycle and a way of easily adding softener to the load. It runs very quietly and appears to get the job done.

This machine is very simple to use and does what it is supposed to do. Not full of numerous, but useless settings that only add to cost, just the basic settings of low, medium, or high water level, cold, warm, or hot water, and normal or delicate wash cycle. If you use the same settings for each of your wash loads, operation is as simple as pushing one button to start.

Does a good job cleaning and the price is the big sale.

I was looking for an inexpensive washer that would get the job done and this is it! No bells and whistles just clean clothes. Roomy without being huge with a variety of settings. I bought the washer and dryer and saved an addtional $100 during a sale. The two were a steal at $650. If you are looking for a basic, reliable washer this is it.

Very happy with the washing options and how much clothes I can actually wash. It's one of the cheaper washers if not the cheapest but I'm very pleased at how low the price was plus it does the job I need it to do. It's especially ideal for single people or couples with no kids. Feels like a high quality washer to me. Very satisfied.
