So far have had a couple of issues with the dryer heating up.

I purchased the dryer as it was on sell and a flooded basement forced me to buy a new one on the spot. I bought it without the extra "expert installation" fee as it is an electric dryer. Little did I know that it does not come with a plug attached, a plug to attach yourself, or a heads up that no plug was with it.. So I have yet to try the dryer as I am not very handy and haven't had time to find someone to install it.. I did however go out and spend $30 extra dollars on the power cord I didn't know I needed...

Low cost solution to a dryer. Dries my clothes with no frills

can't beat it for the price, a little noisy but does the job

Tub size is small and it does make noise momentarily but mine is outside!

This dries worse than the dryer we replaced. Our old dryer of 20+ years started making a loud noise. Given that in addition to the noise we been running the dryer cycle twice to get clothes fully dry. We bought this as open box, we were fooled by the number of good reviews and the price was right. However not a month in, we found we were repeating dry cycles. Now at 5 months, I can't count how many times I hit repeat to finally get clothes dry, even with small loads. Worst purchase ever.

Works ok Does not dry all clothes unless set on most dry mode.

The dryer it works fine. But the delivery guys were so rude and rushed me the whole time because they have more deliveries so it was a very bad experience.

After 2 years it has completely gone out and no one will help fix or replace. Manufacturer stated this brand is not made since 2017 so it’s weird Best Buy could have brought me a new dryer when this one is clearly refurbished

I love this dryer it's great and it gets my clothes very dry

it is a basic dryer - thats all the space we had in the house

For the price it was good but I ended up returning it for a better one, the clothes would not dry quickly I'd be at the dryer after 2 hours until it was finally ready

Purchased & picked up from the warehouse same day. After having to cycle loads through 3-4 times to get them dry (same size as previous dryer so isn’t load size) I called to upgrade to a better model. Was told the return policy is 15 days. No leniency. Wasted $400+ on a dryer that doesn’t work properly. I do not recommend.

Don't dry 2 good need to two cycles to dry complete

This has been my 2nd dryer in this brand. The 1st one lasted 7 years. 5 stars. This one lasted 1 year 8 months approximately. Not happy right now. 1 star.

I've had the dryer for 2 years and 2 months. And I've hated it every day. A standard load will require 2-3 cycles to get dry. A load of denim or towels will take 3-4. It might be cheaper to obtain but its more expensive to keep. With the time that it takes to dry 1 load of laundry other dryers could have handled a whole houseful of laundry.

I bought this dryer in July 2019. It is now April 2020 and in order to dry a medium load, I have to run the highest heat setting twice. Only worked properly for 2 months before this problem started occurring.

Made very cheaply. Door latch is extremely loud, only one choice of cycles unless you want high. Takes as long or longer to dry than my 15 year old GE did. No sound warning when cycle is done.
