Bought this as an upgrade to my 8 year old basic Garmin. Didn't want any extra bells and whistles. Using it for tracking workouts, steps, and HR. The use of the pre-programmed workout routines is very helpful. However, I have a few issues with it. The lap counter for swimming will not track perfectly. It will drop 2-5 laps per workout. And, it doesn't sync with a lot of 3rd party apps. In order to have my info track to MyFitnessPal, I need to sync it to GoogleFit, then GoogleFit to MyFitnessPal. And, every once in a while, it will unsync itself to GoogleFit and I will loose the tracking history for that time it was unsynced. So, if you check it before you workout, you'll be good. I'm an satisfied with this watch despite the issues I have experienced. Battery life is around 2 weeks. Pretty durable so far.

It does everything I need it to do at a fraction of the price of other fitness trackers! The battery life is incredible, the app is intuitive and detailed, and the sleep tracking appears to be very accurate. I honestly can't think of any negatives. I'm definitely a fan of Amazfit now!

A couple features quit working but it still tracks my steps, sleep, and workouts witch is the only reason I got the watch in the first place.

[Employee of bestbuy] I got this wrist band as an experiment to see if I would like “wearable technology” and I’ll tell ya it was actually very useful in a handful of situations when I needed to take a quick glance at the time. Also I loved the sleep tracking feature that tells you how long you slept for and what stage of sleep you were in; it was super neat. HOWEVER there is one fatal flaw… the darn thing doesn’t stay on your wrist after you wear it a couple times. The fasteners don’t stay in shape well after a couple wears and as cool as the sleep tracking feature is it is unfortunately null and void once it comes off your wrist while you are sleeping.

I purchased this product for my wife after her Iwatch was given out as a cheap alternative to counting her steps. But this works better than we expected for the price. It's neat that this thing can also track your sleep! The battery life in this is crazy long-lasting.

This watch was exactly what I wanted at an affordable price. It offers much of the same features as the more expensive watch out there. I see no need to waste money that way.

I have been using this watch for about 5 months now, and I am still very impressed by it. The battery life lasts about 5-6 days, and it is accurate and fast when synced with phone notifications. The only downfall is that it will get your steps wrong 90% of the time, so you are better off grabbing something else or using another app for steps if that is important to you.

Good fit on wrist. Band can easily come loose if you hit your arm against something, and the do not disturb feature somehow kept turning on, so you would not be getting notifications.

    • Brand response from Amazfit
      Posted .

Hi there, here are some daily wear recommendations to improve comfort:
      - Keep the skin dry under the watch, especially after workouts or sweating.
      - Clean your wrist and the device regularly using alcohol or water only — avoid soap, hand sanitizer, or body lotion to prevent chemical residue buildup.
      - Avoid wearing the watch on broken or irritated skin.
      - Adjust the strap so it is snug but not too tight — allowing airflow can help.
      - Stop using the device temporarily if symptoms such as redness or swelling appear, and consult a doctor if needed. Amazfit

Excellent fitness tracker for the price. It does everything I want without the high price tag. The vertical screen is easy to read and bright enough. It tracks everything I need.
