Customer Ratings & Reviews

It's a surprisingly good smart watch. Its battery lasts all week and the sleep and nap monitoring is really good! It even adjusts the sleep duration automatically some time after you wake up to be more accurate. The Zepp app is also pretty clean, reliable, and easy to use compared to other smart watch apps. I don't do much exercise, so I can't comment on how accurate its workout readings are, but heard they were almost as good as Apple watches, and I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case based on my experience with it. I'd highly recommend it, and it's great value for the price.

Honestly I have have an Apple Watch since 2020. The first Apple Watch the battery after 3 years and the second Apple Watch died again after three years. I was charging the watch nightly because of use. I was in the market for a smart watch and came up this. Saw the reviews on battery life. Bought it. I have had this watch over a month. Now I absolutely love. Easy to sync to you phone( mine is Apple) it also connects to Apple health as well. I love the hybrid charge/ sleeping insight. I’m playing sports and logging two or three activities 3-4 times a week. I have had to charge this basically once a week. The battery was still at like 25% highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new smart watch!!!

In Zepp app - has ability to install apps into watch - New apps to install get made consistently. Always giving the option to add more features to your Amazfit. If you’re thinking about buying any watch besides Amazfit, I would say, you are going to waste more than $100, have less features if you don’t subscribe to their smart watch abilities, and be prone to seeking out a new better, smart watch that you currently have. The big difference is Amazfit has software updates and created new in app installments so consistent that thinking of buying a new smart watch would just feel insane.

I quite like it so far. It is simple and performs the functions I want it to. I find the UI of the app to be not the clearest, but it is not much of a problem. Also, the dangling end of the watch strap must be fed between the tight watch strap and the wrist. This design is somewhat inconvenient, as if one wears the watch at an appropriate level of tightness (i.e. to facilitate successful measurement), it is kind of difficult to feed through. If there were an extra loop for holding the dangling end in place (akin to a more traditional leather watch strap), it would be easier to put on.

This watch gives me all the info/data I wanted that I used to get from my A**** Watch and FB. I went with FB over A**** because of battery life. When my FB kicked the bucket randomly just after the 2 yr warranty I started shopping around. My son loved the fact that it would adjust workouts based on your readiness schedule. I loved the sleep statistics and th best part, I’ve gone up to 2 weeks between charges (though the average is 10 days). I hated to have to charge my other watch every day and often it wouldn’t even last me the day, which was extremely inconvenient. It looks sharp and actually told it looks nicer than the other watch. Definitely satisfied with purchase and love all of the customizations available. I’ve been wearing it for months now, no scratches or wear and tear. Oh and you can also take and make calls too with the little speaker which I like as well.

I’ve been using my Fitbit for tracking steps and workouts and it has helped me stay more active during the day. I like seeing my progress and it motivates me to move more. The sleep tracking is also helpful and easy to understand.

Been using the watch for a few weeks now and so far, so good. Pros: Lightweight and cute Easy to manage controls Water resistant - I use it regularly in the pool for lap swimming and have used it in the ocean as well! Affordable compared to the Apple watches Plenty of sports tracking functions Tracks sleep, heart, O2 levels, etc. Battery life is awesome. I charge once a week and that’s not even on empty. I just don’t like it going below 50% Cons: Big screen/face. About 42mm. Ive got a small wrist, would’ve preferred something smaller and slimmer. Difficult to read the screen when in the pool doing laps. It’s a struggle to see where to press if I need to pause or resume my work out. Again, because the face is big, I keep hitting it on things. Well, Im a bit clumsy too so… Too many other “health” features/functions that are unnecessary like the sleep hrv, pai, stress calculator, etc. m Also, I wish you can specifically tailor the sports mode to the one sport. All that memory then could be freed up for music or something specific to the particular sport you do. Steps counter, heart rate, and sleep data aren’t very accurate. Maybe about 85-90% accuracy. Some people might be particular with this. Fortunately, I’m not, since the reason I bought the watch was for swimming — to track my laps and work out.

Bought it for my mom, it does everything what iwatch does except for gps navigation, but count steps, heart rate, music, text and call, and omgeee 14 days battery life!!! and connects to an app. This is a great watch for a very affordable price.

I really like this smartwatch. I have mainly preferred the Amazfit watches over the pricier brands. It is comfortable to wear. You can text and receive calls, track your exercise, sleep, sp02, stress, heart rate among others. The zepp app for android phones has a decent easy to use interface. You can log your food intake, change the watch faces, change settings on the watch, track your exercise, sleep energy and caloric intake among many others. The watch seems to do a pretty good job of tracking my sleep. If there is one issue, island it is not a big one for me, is the higher sleep tracking has a subscription now. I mean I don't need it.

I was looking for a smartwatch that could do fitness tracking as well as receive texts and notifications from my phone but I didn't want to pay a lot or have to get an additional phone line for it. This watch fits the bill perfectly! I can even respond to texts on my watch, although the keyboard is tiny and a little difficult to use. The display is very bright and the assortment of watch faces is huge. I how the photo I posted shows how colorful the display is. I also love that Best Buy had it in gray because I didn't want black.

Way better than expected, watch does it all and at and affordable price. I was hesitant to buy but happy I did. The battery life is amazing, I've got 10 days without charging.

The battery life on this smartwatch impresses me. One charge lasts over a week of continuous use, including sleep tracking at night. Even after more than a week, I'm still at 38% charge. The fitness tracking is impressive, providing more information than I expected. I receive all the notifications I want from my Android phone. The price initially attracted me to the product. After using it for a week, I can't see myself switching back to the big-brand smartwatches that cost several times as much, have shorter battery life, and offer the same features. The only functions I feel I'm missing out on with this watch are cellular capabilities and tap-to-pay—two features I never used even with a smartwatch.

I’m a 68-year-old senior who was looking for a smart watch, but one that wouldn’t take me to the bank with its price! I also didn’t need a watch with a lot of bells and whistles. My requirements were… a watch that held the charge for more than two days, one that had a good vibration alarm, and one that would count my steps along with giving me my heart rate. After much research, I concluded this would be the watch that I wanted. I couldn’t be more pleased with it. It’s stylish and checks all the boxes especially the price! I highly recommend it!

I bought the Amazfit Bip 6 at the Kissimmee store and they are excellent. Great smartwatch quality, and they connected without any issues to the laptop and the Motorola phone. In addition, the personalized customer service was very helpful; they assisted and guided me in making a purchase that fit my budget and the exact smartwatch I was looking for. Highly recommended all around.

I love my watch. It has so many features that help me stay aligned with my fitness goals. It’s easy to use and customize. It even tracks my sleep and stress health!

It’s my first time owning this brand and So far it’s being the best purchase. The life on this watch could last at least four days. The features on this watch are a plus for its price range.

Absolutely love the watch, the price is so worth it! I’m use to Apple Watches but I’m a college student so I couldn’t spare the cash right now. This watch is just as good if not better in my opinion. The battery life is crazy long! I don’t have to plug it up every night. It tracks my sleep which is key for me and my workouts the next day. I love how it keeps up with my life. Definitely will upgrade when this watch dies out but I have a feeling that won’t be for a very long time.

I always wanted an Apple Watch, but never pulled the trigger because of the price. This watch has almost all of the same features but with a bigger screen! Can’t recommend it more!

This watch is very reliable and comfortable to wear. It has good quality good time checks your heart rate running steps to your blood oxygen make phone calls this watch does all kind of things I would recommend this watch to anyone and it’s a good price and has good priority on it. You are not make a bad choice buying this product.

Great smart watch. Love the square shape. Looks modern.
