Great picture and great value but a little slow to open the apps. I don’t have cable, so it’s all streaming. And wish this was a little faster opening or switching them. But the picture is great. I don’t do gaming so I don’t know how the refresh rate compares though. Having Alexa on the TV is better so I could move my Dot to my office and control all my lights and thermostat for any room. The install team was great. In and out, 3 TVs on the walls in 45 mins, only because the 65 was over the fireplace and extra care was used. Sound quality unknown. I use a Polk Soundbar and surround. So I gave it a middle rating. TV went on sale TWICE since I got it and I got the price match twice as the 2nd price was even lower. Don’t sleep on these TVs. I have an older Sharp Quad Pixel and a a Samsung and it’s just as great and easy to use.

Let's be real, for $500, this TV is an incredible deal. My ratings are based on the value price, not for fanatics. I wanted the 75", but it really didn't fit in my small living room. Speakers even sound alright, but I added the Insignia soundbar. Seems perfect for an extra TV.

Hands free Alexa is super awesome. My old tv broke and we used a fire stick. Sometimes receiver didn’t pick up when we clicked it. Hands free Alexa alone is a huge quality of life upgrade. Also the price for a 65 inch tv is a deal breaker alone!

Absolutely love this TV. The picture is great, definitely got a good deal when it was on sale. The legs are made of a heavy metal and very sturdy but a little wide if you have a narrow or small entertainment center.

This 65" Amazon tv with Alexa made the set up very easy. The colors are bright and the tv speakers provide a very good sound quality. I recommend this product, it also sells at a very reasonable price,

Picture and sound quality for the price is great. Having Alexa voice recognition is pretty convenient as well. Only downside is with our Amazon Echo in the same room we confuse it frequently.

I have these all over my house. I have one for each guest room and a couple we use for sports and music in the gaming room. Great prices and great value.

Absolutely love this tv. The set up was very easy and the operation of it is easy as well. Sound is good and picture is amazing. Can't wait to watch football on it.

Great TV! All of the Amazon Fire stick features are built in along with Alexa, making it very convenient to use and use right out of the box.

Getting the 65 inch for our living room after our Samsung died was the best idea! The price was great and the picture is good too!

The tv is awesome. My mother is having mobility issues and having her not worry about a getting up or keeping the remote close by is a plus. She can watch regular channels use streaming services and play SiriusXM to listen to music is the best. My only issue was that the legs are so large and far out that it doesn’t fit the stand I have it on but found a quick fix and purchased a bracket for the back that comes with universal legs that are closer together and boom tv sits securely now!

I have always loved my Fire TVs and with my smart house, this new TV fits into my Dolby Atmos Living Room PERFECT!!! I was going to get an 8K tv but for now, I figured that to be overkill, for my media and other equipment is just 4K capable so I can wait until next Christmas!!! Hahaha!!!

I am loving my new Amazon tv. I watch a lot of tv and being able to get tv from the internet makes for a lot of tv to watch. I’ve had it a few weeks now and haven’t had a second of trouble. I had it delivered and installed, mounted on the wall, and the two young men that did the work were great. I’m just as happy as can be with my decision to buy my new Amazon 65” tv with professional installation from Best Buy’s.
