Bought this device to control lights and outlets while out of town. But has added simplicity by turning on things by setting it up with timers available with the app. Now I don't have to worry about turning on my aquarium or grow lights. Alexa does it automatically or by voice. The more u use it the easier it is to use. Sometimes I actually feel like saying thank you when it does what I tell it.

If you’ve never used Alexa before like myself, you will be very satisfied with this echo dot. It’s easy to set up and does the basic functions it’s told. She doesn’t understand if we ask for a Spanish song which is a little frustrating but we are getting the hang of it. My kids enjoy asking her questions too. I wish it would be a little louder, but other than that I’m very satisfied.

I love this lil thing...it’s not extremely loud but it does the job and I love that I can program it to turn on at a certain time. The app is another plus it’s very easy to use and you can actually change songs thru the app not like google assistant

My brother enjoyed his Birthday gift. He enjoys electronic gifts. Makes his life simpler.

If you're into home-automation or just want to be able to speak to listen to your music, this device does both excellently. This thing is also tiny, really tiny compared to how big I thought it was. It literally fits in the palm of your hand*. *Your hand size will vary from mine.

Have a few set up around the house for easy access and as an intercom. Works like a charm
