Basically it’s a dot. Sound quality is different from the regular echo. Bluetooth speaker fixs it.

Love the newest things, although Echo has been out for awhile, I found after looking and buying Google Home that Echo fit better with what we are wanting to do. It is a little picky on the exact wording, like when wanting to turn off a certain light. A little bit of a learning curve to remember to use Echo. Kids keep turning the switches off and they need to be on the ON position for Echo to do her thing. Love that you can tell it to add a event, reminder and it will. Love that you can ask what is happening on such and such a date, and if you have a calendar linked it will tell you. Asking her some questions she doesn't seem to learn. So lots of repetition of questions having to be asked. You can't say, like after asking about a movie, say who played in it. Echo doesn't seem to know what you are talking about. Overall like it, not to sure I love it. but for the price not to bad, its the extra stuff to make this the great product that is costly, lights, nest, door bell. So could probably have lived with out it.

Alexa is awesome for 39.00, lots of apps and connect to most blue tooth and some wifi accessories, she can answer most questions and plays music which is loud enough for at least one room in your house.

I use it in the bathroom for music while getting ready. Great sound and rarely mis-hears requests

This product has practically the same capabilities as the bigger unit, Amazon Echo and yet so tiny. It was easy to install and is my personal assistant answering questions on a variety of topics!

My echo dot is great as I am a bad speller and I am asking her all the time how to spell. Added to that is the fact that she turns on the lights for me with the added smart outlet.

The app the controls the dot is decent, but good if you're gonna connect via sound bar for music.

I purchased this for my son - they were on backorder at the A (online store) - but lots in stock at Best Buy - AND the price was the same - the item works as advertised and my son loves it.

I bought this device to start my smart home. I didnt need the regular echo device because I already have a Wireless home theather system the easily connect via bluetooth. The device works as advertise.

For the price of this echo, it's provided hours of entertainment! My 2 yr old granddaughter​ loves hearing the ABC's and I love having my lights turn off and on, totally worth the price! I LOVE it!

I have been enjoying using the Echo-Dot. We use it as a family to check on the weather, play Pandora, get newsflash updates, and setting alams for when we are cooking, baking, or letting the dog out.

The Echo Dot is easy to use. I love this product. My 7 year old nephew set up one for my mother.

Easy to set up and operate, It's awesome. I liked the echo.so much I bought one for my daughter and my mom also. We like using the Pandora connect feature. The echo.is a very useful product.

I brought this for my 9 year old grand child, and its great she gets to call me, and vice versa. She also uses it for an alarm, and to help define words while she is doing her homework.

Small and clean finish. I use it a lot for alarms, reminders and checking the weather on the fly. Don't think i'd pay full pop for it though (picked up two while they were 50% off). I might feel differently once I set it up with a few smart thermostats and my smart TV...

Bought it as a gift and she loves it!. Great way to get the news, the weather, anything you need!
