Easy to use and set up, love it! Sound is clear and for the price you can’t go wrong definitely worth it.

Love the new echo dot. I’ve had the older generation and I added this one to my home. I love the spherical design and it looks great in any room. They keep adding a lot of features and compatibility with smart home devices and televisions. Great gift for anyone looking to make their home a bit smarter. You can’t beat the price and Amazon is the leader of the smart assistant Device market. I’ve had to Google home but Amazon takes the lead in my book.

Nicr redesign of the echo dot sounds a lot better,small ring light But still hear Alexis loud and clear.

Bought it to replace the Echo tower. Although the sound is much better, its response is lacking. I've asked for the volume to be set at 5, but she chooses whatever volume she wants. When you call her name, she does not make the "Echo" awake sound. Since the light is at the bottom where I can't see it because of where it sits, I don't know if she is listening or not. Also, what is so weird, my Ecobee will often answer for her, or perhaps it is my 3rd generation dot. Both located in two different rooms than where I and this dot are located. My place is small, however, there are two walls between my voice and the other devices.

The echo dot is perfect size for my desk. Speaker is very good for music. Very easy to sestup as well.

The amazon-Echo Dot 4th generation has great sound quality for listening to music or to the news and communicating with the Echo Dot. It has front firing speaker system which allows the device to disperse the sound waves to all walls of a room. I love using it to listen to music when I'm cooking. The sound quality of the Echo Dot is a key feature of why I purchased it. It is amazing!
