I got this to replace my 2nd generation dot n it has better sound by far...voice recognition has improved also...I don’t have to yell over music no more...n I found wall/ceiling mounts for it online...only weird thing is the cord is a different color...

Great buy. Purchased one for all my kids. Easy to set up and use. Even the grandkids use it. Received a nice bonus bulb with this purchase. The only thing is when WiFi is down. It’s down to. But otherwise would purchase again. Great as gifts.

Had to get something for college to keep my entertained and informed on current events when I wake up! This has made that easy for me and its so simple to use. I use three in my apartment and my roommate and I can't stop using them!

Best product to buy to your house. I bought the alexa because i saw some videos of some of their features but i really didn't expect all the usage that i would give to the alexa. Its part of my day to day.

This has be nice having. I put three of these in my house in addition to my second gen echo dot. Speaker sounds full and it responds well to our voices. I have really enjoyed the play everywhere feature when you have more than one of these. It plays the same music on all the speakers at once. We can play music throughout the house. It’s nice when cleaning. The sale price of $29.99 at the time helped make this purchase even better.

This is my first time owning an echo and it’s made my life so easy. I’ve hooked up my smart lights to turn in when I say turn on lights and honestly it’s pretty fun to use. It is an affordable smart home speaker to make your home a cool place to stay

Bought to work with my television. I love how Alexa can turn off and on my television and lights. She also tells jokes, plays music, gives information, sets an alarm to wake up, and so many other things. I cannot imagine my home without her.

Great sound for a small smart speaker fits in easily and doesn’t stick out too much. Love it so far.

Works well. Sounds better than the 3rd gen. However, the activity light being at the bottom sometimes hides behind other stuff and can't be seen as oppose to the 3rd gen. But if you put it in an open space, then its all good

This is the first smart home device I have ever had. The Best Buy empolyee recommanded it to me and I am glad I took his advice. It's easy to use and recogizes my voice flawlessly. I love that it plays my music and syncs with my apple and spotify.

Great product! We use this at our bedside so we can see the time as well as use Alexa. The speaker is great and the clock is very visible during the day and night. I would highly recommend to anyone needing more than just a regular alarm clock.

Really like this product. Have set up a number of the lights to go on and off at various times. Also plays music. Very happy with the purchase, which also came with a Ring doorbell and a smart lightbulb. Love it.

This Echo Globe is the best one Amazon has come out with. The fidelity and sound are PERFECT- music plays beautifully. I put my old one (2nd gen) in my bedroom; and there is NO comparison. I'm going to buy a second, with the clock to replace it/

At times we get a conflict between the Alexa base speaker and the Dot. Otherwise it has worked as expected.

We just started updating some of our old echo dots in the house from a few years ago not only do we love this new generation but the sounds the look and the quality are much more advanced than the previous ones would recommend this for anyone

This item is very easy to use and I have really enjoyed it. The volume to great and I like that Alexa sends me notices when I have a package arrive from Amazon. I also receive messages about the features the echo has.

The quality and style of this echo dot over the older puck style I have is so much better. The pick style was cool but this new gen looks better and sounds so much better. It’s been an awesome addition to my gaming/arcade setup.

He is my daily assistant. He wakes me up, turns on my light, tells me the time. Sometimes he tells me a joke or tells me curious facts. It keeps me up to date with the latest news. It's the best!
