You can’t know how useful and amazing it is until you have it! I bought this echo dot cause I already had a little one and found it was great! I have a two story house and needed one for upstairs, Excellent reminding me what I have to do before leaving to work , setting time when cooking, asking about the weather, playing my favorite music, showing the time etc... I leave by myself and found it’s really nice to have it. I highly recommend this little thing!!!

The Echo Dot with clock always improves. The speaker volume is slightly louder than the previous model. You can dim or brighten the led display. With the Amazon app, you can tell Alexa what you want on your shopping or grocery list. You can set a wake up alarm or a timer that counts down to the last second. The speaker quality is pretty good for Amazon quality and not to be compared to Bose or other fine quality speaker systems. You can get lot's of important information by simply asking Alexa. If you want more accurate or better detailed information, its best to look things up on a computer. The Echo Dot can do many other things, too many to mention. The Echo Dot will work with Wi-Fi based light bulbs, thermostats and home security systems. I like being able to listen to music and being able to tell Alexa to stop playing music in an hour as an example or any specified time. I like my Echo Dot. It's a really cool gadget to have.

I love that it has the clock. It works as normal, however it doesn’t respond well but I hear there is an update coming. I’m hoping that will fix the problem.

Replaced one of my other Echo dots for this style and clock display. Also when you set the timer the countdown is displayed so I don’t have to keep asking for an update!

Is pretty easy to connect with the phone and the bluetooth lights. Love how well alexa listens to the name and answers fast. Is pretty loud. Like how you can play games with it.
