I had two echo inputs. They are one of most helpful gadgets. I can listen to internet radio, checking weather, news, and control other gadgets just by by Alexa ...... (I know I am getting lazy because of this input). It also revives my lay around old power speakers in the garage. This item is one of the must have gadget for me.

I use this echo in my car with my cell phones hotspot for traveling to listening to music, hear directions, connect with my home security features, and other such things. I have had a few issues with connections at times because of the Alexa app but otherwise it works pretty well.

Got this as part of the ordering Bose soundlink revolve. It's a very small device from Amazon. Mini version of Echo Dot having Alexa. It has decent audio quality. I didn't use much so not sure how good it is in long term. Better to get Echo Dot/Show for full features of Alexa.

I purchased two of these and maybe one is defective because one is always giving me trouble. It keeps loosing Bluetooth connection with my sound bar that is maybe 3-4 inches from the echo Input. While the other that is physically plugged into a speaker has always worked great! I will say neither have the microphone clarity of the echo dot though. Half the time it picks me up fine but if there is background noise of any kind they do not work well. Also just ran into an issue where the one that does not stay connected to my soundbar via Bluetooth also totally reset itself...not sure why but found it blinking after it wasn’t answering me. My suggestion would be don’t be cheap like me and go for the echo dot. The hassle of these have not been worth it.

I had an old PC speaker setup that included a subwoofer and a left and right channel from about 15 years ago. Didn't know what to do with them so I got this guy and hooked it up. Now I have an extra voice activated sound system in my basement that I can used to entertain!

A traditional Echo Dot can be a little too big for some places. I use this to keep things clean, while still being able to ask Alexa to operate the smart devices in the house. I have it using the Dot nearby for the voice responses, because I don't have a speaker on this.

I paired this with my Bose Soundtouch speaker. Works nicely. The only downside is that if you want to be able to communicate with the other Echo devices in your home, you will have to connect this to the speaker via auxillary cable and not bluetooth.

I have 2 of these, connected 1 to my outdoor receiver and the other connected to my indoor receiver. I have them in a group along with multiple echoes throughout my house so I can have the same music playing inside and out. Works great for parties

I enjoy all my Amazon devices and this one is no different. Perfect for turning a powered speaker that was no longer being used, but of good quality, into a ‘smart’ speaker for use on screened porch. Using auxiliary input and works perfectly.

Very responsive and the near field microphone works well with other echo devices even in the same room. Errors are minimal with the voice recognition. I would recommend this for your main receiver or home entertainment system
