To troubleshoot the Ford integration issue, try disabling and re-enabling the Ford skill in your Alexa app, ensure your Ford Pass app is updated to the latest version, check that your vehicle's connectivity services are active and properly linked to your Amazon account, and verify your Wi-Fi connection is strong and stable. If the Ford integration continues not to work, you may need to contact Ford customer support or check the Ford Pass Connect service status, as the issue may be related to changes in Ford's API or service rather than the Echo Show itself.
