Amazing Alexa Experience with Best Buy!

The setup was super easy, and Alexa's voice assistant is incredibly intuitive. I've been using it to control my smart home devices, play music, and get news updates - it's a game-changer! Best Buy's service was top-notch too. I picked up my Echo in-store, and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend checking out Best Buy for your electronics needs!

Especially if you spend a lot of time in the kitchen.

Despite what ChatGPT told me, the display is not supposed to look like this: “stylized, artistic”.

You're absolutely right that the display should not look stylized or artistic – the Echo Show 11 is designed to deliver a vibrant, clear Full-HD display. If your screen is showing visual distortions or unusual patterns, combined with persistent low internet connection warnings despite good measurements, this indicates a hardware defect that requires a replacement.
Since you've already identified that the device is malfunctioning, I'd recommend exchanging it at Best Buy for a new unit as soon as possible. Best Buy should be able to process the exchange quickly so you can get a properly functioning Echo Show 11.
We appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback and for giving the Echo Show 11 another chance with a replacement unit. The device should provide you with a beautiful, clear display and reliable connectivity.

The Alexa + is fun. The stand (optional) is great in that it allows us to adjust the camera and angle of the device. The picture is clear, sound quality is good. The only downside at all is that I could have "upgraded" through Amazon for a bit less, but I love the warranty aspect of Best Buy.

The one thing I dislike is that they do not sell/manufacture the base like the older models that moves automatically and has a built-in speaker. As the base is sold separately--can't really fault this item too much.

We have it in the kitchen using it to manage the house as well as assist with recipes etc. Also glad it rotates through our family pictures.
