Still discovering things about it and, as usual, it could have come with a printed operations manual.

Gets confused with additional Alexa devices and they do not sync well together. Bought and gave as a Christmas gift for elderly with disabilities...complicated setup...the richest man in the world is too concerned with rockets!

To improve performance, ensure all Echo devices have strong Wi-Fi connections and are running the latest software by checking Settings in the Alexa app. Give each Echo device a unique name to prevent cross-talk, and consider adjusting wake word sensitivity or using different wake words for nearby devices. For simplified use with elderly users, enable accessibility features like tap-to-Alexa for text-based commands, create Routines that combine multiple actions into single voice commands, and enable Follow-Up Mode so Alexa listens for additional requests without repeating the wake word. Restart all devices by unplugging for 30 seconds if synchronization issues persist. I hope these steps help improve the experience.
