Could not figure out how to get back and forth from the tutorial to what I was trying to use. Very frustrating so I returned it to the store.

The first one would not connect to the internet so I returned it. I exchanged it and I am having the same problem. Reviews state that this is an issues with the Amazon fire 10. I am stuck with a device I cannot use.
