It keeps our tablet nice and secured. And the little stand it has is really handy for watching movies and playing games. The only thing we wished it came in more colors.

My daughter loves the stand that pops out of the back and uses it as a handle to carry the tablet around.

This product is intended to be an exact match to the 13th generation 2023 release of the Fire HD 10 Kids Pro. If this is not the specific product that you have, then it may not fit properly as not all cases fit all generations. I would recommend that you take your tablet and case back to Best Buy to verify that what they have there is in fact compatible with your specific model.
