My daughter has really enjoyed her Kindle fire hd6. It is the perfect size. The picture is really clear and easy to see.

The small size is nice for being able to take it with you. It has a tendency to move slower on some websites but overall I would say the cost is low enough to be worth the purchase.

This version is very easy to use and setup. It has been very enjoyable to use and the screen is very easy to read.

Since buying the tablet for the grandchildren, they have played games, but more importantly, they are using it as a learning tool. Numerous educational games and apps available. Great sturdy product.

I LOVE this tablet! I use it mostly for reading, but it does have other great features. Con: you can not change the background on the homescreen.

Was thinking about getting an iPad mini for my 2 year old but the fire is way better for him because of how light but strong the fire is camp are to te iPad mini. Apps are also super kid friendly

Got a good deal on a Kindle Fire 6 Hd, less then the other 2 kindles we bought previously. All are gifts, but the receiver of this one has emailed numerous times to tell us how much she loves it.

I was upgrading from my older kindle and this was a good choice. Works great. my only wish is that it was as light as my old kindle.

I got this as a gift for my 13 year old sister for Christmas! She loves this kindle and uses it for everything. She reads, but also uses it for her media and her music videos that she creates.

This Kindle is great for streaming movies, reading and playing game. Check your email etc. This is great and is great for a gift!

It is slightly smaller than the 7" kindle fire, but that's okay. Paid half the price and it tucks away with easy. The kindles are a little bulkier than competitors versions (thicker), but no major issues for me

The Kindle HD is easy to use, great visuals and wonderful access to the internet. Wonderful for traveling cross country this month.

My big complaint with this tablet is that it is tied completely to the Kindle Store. There are no decent comic book readers, book readers, no google apps, etc. This practically kills any side loading books/entertainment abilities. I would suggest going with a standard android tablet for $50 more and have the ability to put whatever you want on it and not be tied solely to the Amazon app store.
