The kindle fire is great for reading, and also does most things a tablet does. APs for Facebook, Internet browsing, and games are all easy to use... As long as you have WIFI.

I have been pleasantly surprised at all of the things that this small package can do, I took it on a buss trip and finished a book. took photos of friends on the trip and was able to send them to my desk top to print, as well as printing with my new wireless printer. Read my e-mail without having to turn on main computer, and answer them too.

My use was for both downloading Kindle books and Library books and for that it was excellent. With good battery life

The new Kindle HD6 is a really nice mini tablet that can do most anything. This is a really nice everyday tablet/reader with an awesome price, definitely worth the every penny!

This kindle is wonderful to play with .It's light in your hand and you can hold it for hours. I work security and sometimes have hours to kill so I watch TV and movies and play a lot of Candy crush and the battery life isn't bad.
