lighter weight than other kids tablets easy to use and has tons of apps. good battery life and fantastic warranty. reserved a star due to content becomes a cost issue after one year.

The tablet was purchased for a 3 yr old and she loves it. Excellent select of videos, games, and educational material on Amazon and it is free. Comes standard with a 2 yr protection plan.

We bought the Fire Kids Edition for our 4 year old son. He has always shown interest in electronics, wanted to play on our cell phones, etc. This has been a huge hit with him!! We enjoy the peace of knowing what he is able to access is safe, age appropriate and numerous learning apps are available as well as fun games and videos. The durability of it is great as well, he's not aware of being careful quite yet and it has held up well!! It's very easy to set up, can be easily switched between profiles and holds its charge for long term usage! I would definitely recommend this product!! No buyers remorse with this purchase, would buy again without a doubt!!

Everything my daughter tries to download something it says there is not enough storage and she has to delete things. I do not like this part of it but all the other aspects are great

It's not super fancy, but it does what it's supposed to. My son loves it. Not a ton of memory, but an sd card will fix that. The free year of Amazon freetime, is definitely a plus.

I bought this for my three year old son so that he would stop playing on my phone. This device has tons of books, apps and videos. I have spent time looking at the settings and how things works. This device is great! There are a lot of reviews about how it is hard to use and does not have enough books, apps, etc. That is just not true. Take some time to go through and learn how it works. There are settings that limit whether you can download content. It is important to test these features before saying things are not available. The screen resolution is not great as compare to Ipad or samsung devices but as per price it is a best deal.

I found this not user friendly for my child. I have spent more time with it than him. It is very slow and the touch screen isn't very sensitive. You really have to get a large memory card since the games os system eats up so much of the internal memory. Regret the purchas

My son loves this thing! He will be using it at his school next year for class exercises and assignments. It has great features, is easy to use, and is solidly built. This is our second Kindle Fire, and I think the Kindles are great products.
