Really easy to use fire cube and it syncs easy.

Works well, but has limits that must be learned

With Alxexa, he can have the TV and Cable tuned to the channel he wants. Even better, he can ask Alexa to find what channel a particular program is going to be broadcast on. Overall, it works. The downside is that Alexa for all the help is not that bright. It gets confused easily, not helping an 90+ year old man not get confused on what is going on. However with training for both, they communicate and it works for him.

Alexa write my review

Somewhat of an upgrade from firestick, but potential as Amazon products continue to get better this has great potential. It currently can control your tv your cable box, any gear with IR or bluetooth capabilities connected to the TV. It finds the channel, or source and just great. Like most VC items it hears things we would never think it could. Random speaking is common.
