I have about 5 of these around my house with each TV. Each one with a TV. They have been great over the years. Our local city TV only works with the FireTV and not Roku so I had to replace all of those with these. Recently one of them just stopped working right and would do what it should. It wasn't the remote as I hooked it to another TV to see if it worked ok and it did. So I replaced it with this model which is the newest one but I had no idea that our city TV didn't have their app available for this model until I to it home and hooked it up. It's annoying but I put it on one of the TVs that we don't use a lot and put that on the TV that broke. At some point I expect the app to show up in the available list and I can put it back on the other higher resolution TV. These things are pretty reliable and have worked well for us. I would recommend to check your app compatibility list which I found on our city website and hasn't been updated in like 5 years and this model wasn't listed as compatible so my fault for not looking.

I have never used the fire stick before, but I like this. The quality is awesome and the picture looks so real. The steak is very easy to use and I can sign on and off no problem. Watch TV shows and move. This is an awesome deal.

Well while the process of purchasing them was very easy as i was out of State (Ca) in Oregon visiting family. By the time I got back home n tried to utilize them. I found out that these the ones I had purchased did not work with apps I was trying to install on them. So my 14 day window to return them expired. But everything thing else from finding them online to purchase n pick was very easy.

My TV was acting up no longer connecting to wifi. I immediately went out and purchased this firestick and it not only solved the issue but it connected with my Alexa device without me having to do anything (which was nice because I'm not the best at installation). Im very pleased both with the product and with the customer service upon purchasing it.
