Due to the fact that it was a purchase for a family memeber who lived too far from a best buy he said he would take a chance. Thankful everything was intact and it works So thank you.

Hope this was helpful

I love my fire stick I can download any type of apps plus it already comes with the main ones like Netflix, etc. good thing to have if you don’t have cable this definitely replaces it 10/10 recommend!

This firestick though for some reason is one of the slowest I have ever had. Maybe I downloaded a app that is making it slower. I don't know but it's pretty slow.
