Its ok. It does its job, but I was hoping for a thicker material. My daughters case was more for kid safe protection. I would say this case would be for ages 13+ . Not for a child under 10, which is who I was buying for. I wasn't aware it was a different model than my daughters when I purchased it.

The good: Very sturdy for knocking about the house, but small/ portable, with easy click or carry low and high stand position. Easy to put on/remove, button covers make buttons slightly easier to find without looking. Much easier to find by looking. Nice slightly matte feel, but easy to clean. Color easy to spot. The bad: speaker openings are too narrow, unlike kids verson,, it definitely reduces the volume and sound quality. Harder plastic than kid version, so maybe less crash proof, but still quite good enough, and nicely made. No screen cover but recessed enough on an 8 inch tablet it can be set face down no worries. Exceot for sound issue it would be just right. If you like headphones might be perfect

Easy to handle cover for kindle fire, stands up securely. Ok for the sale price, not more.

There are so many crappy cases out there on this particular tablet 8inch, this is the only one worth it. The colors are fun. My son loves this as a background for his stickers. Other options were cool too. The case is sturdy along with the stand. Definitely get what you pay for. Third case I tried, should have been my first.

The case around the actual device is fantastic. The stand works really well. The stand does not do well when your kid drops it down the stairs while open.

This case fits perfect around the Amazon fire 8 inch tablet, it's very durable to secure the tablet

This case is good but the "Kid Proof" version is slightly better. Not bad if on sale or it comes included.

This style came with my daughters Kindle Fire. It's a nice case but the volume and power buttons keep falling out. There's nothing to keep them in the case, so that's why they fall out. Nice slimmer design but fail horribly with the buttons.
