It is very sturdy and provides the cushion needed for protection which is very important. The color is mild and calming the same as the kindle I bought. I really love it I consider this purchase to be worth and therefore if anyone have the need to purchase this item I would recommend you do so. I am satisfied with my purchase and I have no complaints about it whatsoever and I would purchase this item from Best Buy again. Thank you!

However it could potentially get grimey if you take it with you everywhere as the outer layer of the cover is fabric and not easily cleanable like a hard case would be.

It doesn't fit and apparently is only appropriate for Kindles 2022 or older (but probably not all older ones because Kindle is out to make as much money as possible). By December 2024, BestBuy apparently did not have a cover to fit the new Kindle that they are selling - which is really strange. Beware of this!

We are sorry for the confusion, but this case notes it does not fit the Kindle Paperwhite that has the 7" display. The case linked is for a standard Kindle with a 6" glare free screen for an optimum reading experience. Since these are two different devices, Kindle cases that fit the Kindle Paperwhite model will be listed in the description!
