Purchased this for a small micro atx build out for my brother using an Aorus B550M MicroATX motherboard. Using a Noctua NH-L9a-AM4 low profile cooler, the 5600x boosted to 4.6ghz all core and max temps never exceeded 80 under load with CB20 and scored a very respectable 4381 beating the 4114 my heavily overclocked 5.3ghz 8086k right out of the box with no tweaks or overclocks using the exact same 3200 B-Die Dual Rank 2x8GB memory. I won't be overclocking it or tweaking it upward since this is meant for quiet noise, lower thermals in a more compact case but wow....the performance is excellent. I can just imagine this chip with a larger air cooler or under water.

I have not had any problems or major performance tanks with this processor, and I can fairly say that it is one of if not the best bang for buck processor on the market.

This was a huge upgrade for me. Works amazing runs all the games I play amazingly(I play Minecraft, valorant, fortnite and some sports games and they all run amazing

AMD knocked it out of the park. Even moderate games on ultra settings won't get 6 cores working harder than 20%. Worth fighting the scalpers for this series of Ryzen for sure.

This is my first AMD CPU build in a very long time. I was looking to save some money for a good medium performance gaming rig for my virtual pinball machine and I have been quite happy with the performance thus far. I haven't tried to push it outside of stock because it meets the purpose just fine at stock. So far it has been very stable on my MSI B550 gaming board and I haven't come across any compatibility issues in my Windows 10 Pro environment yet. I would definitely recommend it for a mid-range PC build without breaking the bank.
