Good CPU and the wraith stealth cooler looks really adorable on my desk. Felt a bit silly at first to have a deskfan connected to my PC but it's a quiet little fan that keeps my typing fingers nice and cold, watch out Mavis Beacon -- these sweaty sausages just got an upgrade.

Top value CPU for 1080p gaming. This CPU, in my opinion, the best entry level gaming cpu out there. Great fps and 3.70 GHz base speed. Highly recommend for anyone seeking the best value to performance ratio. AMD FTW!

Best choice I ever made upgrading to this. There were less cores in this 5600X than my 2700X, but these cores are far faster. In CPU intensive games like VALORANT, this boosted my frames by over 100+. Only thing you should do is replace the stock CPU cooler.

Picked it up for a friend for their first build and overall they're loving it, came with a cooler, good performance, latest greatest budget CPU that's not so cheap in terms of price but it doesn't slack in performance.

A decent CPU that was pretty cheap when I got it but the included cooler was massively under powered even at like 60% usage (It would overheat and shutdown even though my case is massive with plenty of airflow). I ended up having to buy a new CPU cooler so I would recommend just bumping up to the next tier without the included cooler. Also I had to do like 3 BIOS updates to make it work with my motherboard.

This processor performs well I will eventually upgrade but for the price is excellent.

After updating to the latest BIOS for my B450 setup, I upgraded from Ryzen 5 2600 to this Ryzen 5 5600x. It's definitely worth the upgrade. Huge improvements in most games at the same power consumption.

Great cpu for gaming, maybe the best bang for the buck. I gained about 5-10 fps with this and it runs cooler than my r5 3600

Great upgrade from my 2600x! Just needed to upgrade my motherboard BIOS on my b350 motherboard to make it work properly.

This cpu has great performance, it runs cool and is solid. I leave this on 24/7 for my game server. Multiple instances running, havent had any issue or lag.

The best value in a dual threat GPU performing well in gaming and work tasks while keeping quiet and relatively cool with the stock cooler. The right CPU for most people who dont need the best money can buy.

Upgraded from a 1600af. Used a b450 mobo. Works good make pc go brrrr.

Can’t complain with this CPU. If your not trying to full throttle it and just want a good gaming cpu this works well.

Got this on launch day through all the long wait times online. processor definitely is a major upgrade from my Ryzen 5 3600x. Average uplift is about 15-20%. Buy this when it becomes available its worth the money

Bought this to replace a Ryzen 5 3600 which I will use in a separate build. Performance off the bat wasn't super noticeable (expected). In game performance was a little better, my FPS seems more stable and doesn't go up and down as much. This is a very hot running CPU, you must have a push-pull cooling setup with a tower cooler or an AIO to achieve maximum stock performance. With the stock cooler, temps would get up to around 80C under load. After changing to a tower cooler and upgrading my case fans, temps dropped to roughly 68C which was a lot more comfortable.
