Excellent upgrade for AM4 AMD boards. Nice middle of the road performance between Ryzen 5/9 for gaming and design. Can handle a lot thrown at it without bogging down.

I had to upgrade my husband’s CPU bc their audio was stuttering on all videos and wouldn’t upgrade to Windows 11. This definitely brought it up to speed and helped us upgrade to Windows 11 with no issues and the audio and video stutters are gone!

I got this as replacement got my Ryzen 5 5600XT when I bent the pins trying to reseat it! Works great. But it gets hotter than my old processor. Like 60 and when up 70 idle. I changed some settings to help keep it cooler. I'm using tyke Hyper 212 right now. Did get a Thermalright 360 from Amazon. So hopefully using a liquid cooler will help.

Decent CPU for lower end pc good for if you want something cheaper and has a good rating this is definitely a good one

In lieu of upgrading to AM5 thanks to nightmarish RAM prices, this was a massive upgrade from my aging 2700. I was worried it would run hot, but the included Prism cooler does a spectacular job of keeping temps within spec and looks pretty as well, just ensure you still have the proper mounting brackets for it.

A marked improvement over my Ruzen 5 5600, my PC is running smoother. I have lots and lots of tabs open in my browser. Gaming is buttery smooth too.

Product woks exactly as expected and actually slightly above other benchmarks and rated cpu frequency with no overclocking. I nearly hit .2Ghz over manufacturer rating speed. I saw shortly after purchase that it was reduced in price by another $40 and Bestbuy refunded the difference which was definitely not expected but very welcome! I will continue shopping here looking for a desktop in te near future for a member of the family.

Faster than I expected. This thing was a replacement for a failed 5950x that I was not willing to replace in my unraid server. The price and throughput made it an easy purchase. Picking it up locally made it even nicer. Comes with a fan, made it even easier.

Works great. With ddr5 ram prices, was better to stick with am4 for now.

This is a great option for your M4 motherboard. I find my pc is much more responsive and can withstand demanding game titles with ease paired with a 4070ti.

I had to get this to replace my CPU and fans for streaming and it has been great. It's not been giving me CPU usage warnings like my old one. Really enjoying it and it wasvairly easy to install.

This thing helped fix my pc 10 fold when performing tasks even as watching youtube it runs smoother and higher quality than ever before I am so in love with it

Great purchase coming from a 3700x. Just enough power for my 5070 without having to upgrade to AM5. This guy can get a little warm because of its power. Just make sure you have adequate cooling for it. But definitely recommend this CPU as an upgrade!

Great affordable processor for the price, u cant go wrong

Its been working quite well, was able to pick it up in town for only a few bucks more than i would have on amazon using best buy's price match, and I think its pretty good for the price, its also quite beefy of a cpu compared to the old laptop i was using.

Its really a good value for the AM4 platform. Would definitely recommend this product.
