Incredible for gaming

I have it set up on Auto OC and even then it is not overheating with my Hyper 212 Evo. Performance is as expected in games. No crashes have been experienced either.

Amazing, no issues

For a premium cpu, other than the 200$+ for the 9950, this is king for gaming!

Pairs really well with the 5070 ti. Runs in the mid 40s idle and under 100 watts underload. I also price matched with Mircocenter.

Gaming CPU King

Avoid ASRock motherboards with this chip though as there is still an unresolved issue after a year of them frying 3D chips.

I've had no issues whatsoever. The reported package temp idles warmer than I expected but it doesn't get too hot under load. You can easily undervolt and overclock this CPU to run a bit faster and cooler.
