SP 113. I was hoping for 5.6ghz but the chip I got just can't do it. 9800x3d is MUCH better than the 7800x3d. 7800x3d is boring, slow, and much worse than a 13900k/14900k. If you have Intel 12th gen/AMD 7000 series, than the 9800x3d is a solid upgrade. If you have 13900k/14900k then the 9800x3d isn't really much better in most games.
