Avid movie fan and have liked alot of danny trejo movies , but this one wasnt what i thought it would be ! It seemed like a low budget film especially if you were hoping for it to be anything like other sicario movies

The movie is a cartel/dur war story with plenty of action and plot twists. The action is brutal. The language is very strong at times. There is some sex and nudity. The special features are limited but worth watching/listening.

Not as good as Sicario but it will still not disappoint. It could have been a bit darker in my opinion but I still give a thumbs up!

A good movie if you liked the other 2 Sicario movies. I don't rate is as high as the others, but still good action.

My wife and I were not able to see this movie in our local movie theater and am happy we were able to purchase it at a good price from BestBuy and am looking forward to watching it as often as we want.

While the other "Sicario" movies were excellent , this one does not deserve the name as it is more of a B movie.

The American sicario is the kind of movie I like to watch , it’s a good movie great cast , love the drama

Not one of Danny Trejo's signature performance. Missing the intense energy and action that Trejo usually delivers. Very slow moving, the plot did not draw me into the movie. Just skip it, not missing anything. I will give my copy away.

terrible, worst movie I have seen Trejo in. He wasn't even the main star. Don't waste your money.

I would rate this a "C" may be a "C+" as in worse then a "B" movie
