The features of this suitcase says “ a strong and durable design” but the first time I took this suitcase on a trip traveling on an airplane I retrieved this suitcase from the baggage claim all scratched up, dirty, and scuffed with parts of the iridescent coating chipped off and some areas of the wheel attachments scuffed and chipped also. This suitcase is definitely not durable and would not recommend to anyone planing to travel with this suitcase on an airplane.

Please contact us at [email protected] for assistance filing a warranty claim. For cosmetic issues including scuffing, we recommend trying to remove by gently wiping with a melamine sponge.
