This seems to be an excellent piece of luggage. However, I returned it immediately as the measurements were above those accepted as carry on by most airlines. This is NOT a 21" piece of luggage - well the bag part s - but once wheel are added it's 24" and most airlines limit to 22" so if someone wants to check the bag size there will be extra charges. Why do companies make these oversized bags when they must know they are above carry on specifications for most airlines? I have found it difficult to find a carry on within permissible limits.

It is the wrong dimensions, thjs is not a 21" spinner carey on, in fact you wont be able to take it on board as it is almost 24" of length. Misinformation and description. Thought, it is well made and looks like to be a great quality. I habe ti return it asap before my trip as I dont want to have to pay for an extra luggage somxe this one isn't of te righr dimensions for boarding.

The Belle Voyage 21" Spinner is a quality suitcase that should last a long time. I've only used it once so far, but it is everything I need. The size of it meets the carry-on dimensions for a flight. I got a great price and it was delivered quickly and in great shape.
